Tri-Art's Hard Top Coat finishing medium provides artists with a very hard, scratch resistant, yet semi-flexible top coat for application onto paintings, sculpture and crafts. This durable water-based product dries to a glass-clear and non-tacky finish. It is washable, scratch resistant and virtually non-yellowing. Top Coat is self-leveling and can be brushed, poured, or sprayed to produce a thin protective finish. This product remains semi-flexible even in multiple layers.
